I think this is the ultimate American console!
So, you saw yesterday’s miniproject, this one is today’s. I wrote the basic rendering in two hours (I’ve had the equations and optimizations planned on paper already so didn’t take so long).
After that I added particles and liquids, the performance is stupidly good; I get solid 60 FPS with 120k particles on a laptop!
Today I woke up and felt like doing something after being idle for so long. The whole thing took about 2 hours and it was very fun, I’m planning on adding PvP multiplayer
It’s called Mis-orbit. The goal is to get more pellets than your opponent in a limited amount of time. The reason it’s called Mis-orbit is because while testing I found out that the vehicles look like they are orbiting the pellets but they have to hit it, not orbit it
